Wildlings isn’t just a preschool or nursery — it’s a way of life for the children and families who become part of our community. The deep bonds we build, the way our children approach challenges, their mindset, their love of learning and their connection to nature — it’s Wildlings.
At Wildlings, we offer an experience rooted in joy and wonder, guided by our knowledgeable team of educators. We see children as capable and competent individuals who thrive when they are trusted, given responsibility and encouraged to have a go. We support children to become independent, resourceful, imaginative and confident learners who believe in their own abilities.
We believe some of the most meaningful learning happens when children are able to follow their own interests. When curiosity leads the way and children have the freedom to explore, engagement naturally flourishes. We join them on rich, authentic journeys of play and discovery — full of learning, laughter and growth. By knowing each child as an individual and providing the right balance of challenge and support, we help them develop self-esteem, confidence, creativity, resilience and independence.
Nature and outdoor play are an integral part of learning at Wildlings in both our hall and woodland settings. Fresh air, free play and physical exploration aren’t extras — they are central to how children learn. Our strong outdoor ethos supports emotional regulation and physical development, while giving children endless opportunities to solve problems, think creatively, take manageable risks and discover what they are capable of. The natural world is our classroom, our playground and a constant source of awe and wonder — and we embrace it fully.
